Albania. Life on the periphery

My first photo project to be published as a book. From 1995-2001 I travelled to Albania ten times. The country in transition immediately had a strong attraction for me and didn't let go for years. The marvellous Robert Pichler wrote the texts in the book. All, of course, analogue photographs taken over many hours in the darkroom.
